Munch Atelier Kitchen – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh, made-to-order food products (including all our product and catering items), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it is 100% non-refundable.

Strict 72-Hour Cancellation Policy
Because we source premium ingredients and begin kitchen preparation mid-week specifically for your weekend delivery, our order schedule locks down 72 hours in advance. 

• Cancellations requested MORE than 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date: Eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested LESS than 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date (e.g., cancelling on Thursday for a Friday/Saturday delivery): 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are completely forfeited, as ingredients will have already been purchased and kitchen preparation started.
• Missed deliveries or wrong addresses provided by the customer: 100% non-refundable.

Damages, Errors, and Quality Issues

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon reception. If your order is incorrect or faces a major quality issue, contact us right away at munchatelierkitchen@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem immediately to make it right via a replacement or a digital refund where applicable.
