Munch Atelier Kitchen – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fulfilment Schedule

We operate strictly on a pre-order basis. Deliveries are made exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays across London. 

Delivery Area & Restrictions

We currently offer local fresh food delivery within a strict 10-mile radius of our kitchen location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address falls within our serviced area at checkout.

Fulfilment Slots

All delivery dates and specific time windows must be selected by the customer using our scheduling calendar on the cart page prior to checkout. 

Customer Responsibility

Because our products are fresh and perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery during your selected time slot. We cannot leave food items unattended on doorsteps or with neighbours unless specifically instructed in writing via order notes. Munch Atelier Kitchen is not responsible for spoiled items due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
